What is it?
A Whole Foods diet is where you eat only REAL FOODS! The ingredients are whole, minimally processed foods in their natural state. The focus is on real, nutrient-dense foods that are as close to their original form as possible. This includes all kinds of meats, fish, poultry. As well as fresh vegetables and healthy carbohydrates that contain natural fiber like sweet potatoes and other root vegetables.
This diet has been known to provide health benefits, including improved digestion, weight management, and reduced risk of chronic diseases.

Calorie Counted Macro Meals

What is it?
The Calorie Counted personal chef meal prep service provides customers with fresh meals with specific caloric values like exact calorie counts, and macros like fats, proteins and carbohydrates labeled for each meal. This allows our fitness and health customers to eat the EXACT amount of foods that they need to reach and maintain their fitness goals.
How does it work?
You choose your menu items and tell us exactly how many calories you want for each meal and we do all the work! We carefully weigh, measure and prepare each meal to ensure that meal meets your requested caloric targets. We label each meal with the calorie count so you know exactly how many calories you’re consuming with each meal.
