We are a drug-free business committed to professionalism and excellence, seeking talented Personal Chefs to join our team.

Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced Personal Chefs to join our team on a long-term basis. You will work independently in clients’ homes executing our Executive Chef’s pre-set menus. We start new chefs with 1–2 clients per week and steadily grow your schedule based on performance and demand, with the opportunity to reach full-time hours. This includes occasional weekend evenings for dinner parties.

As a Personal Chef, you will work independently in clients’ homes, executing our Executive Chef’s pre-set menus with precision and efficiency. You will prepare delicious, elegant, and comforting dishes using advanced cooking techniques, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation. This role demands sous-chef-level expertise, adaptability to varied home kitchen setups, and impeccable professionalism to represent our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute complex menu items (e.g., emulsions, sauces, precision cooking, braising) with restaurant-quality results, following detailed recipes.
  • Adapt techniques to basic home kitchen equipment (e.g., electric ranges, limited tools) while maintaining consistency.
  • Prepare dietary-specific dishes (e.g., gluten-free, keto, low-carb) using good quality fresh ingredients.
  • Manage time efficiently to prepare packages of multi-course meals, leaving the client’s kitchen spotless.
  • Interact professionally with clients, ensuring a seamless service experience.

Qualifications:

  • Sous-Chef-Level Expertise: 2–5 years of professional kitchen experience as a sous-chef or personal chef, with mastery of advanced techniques (e.g., sauce-making, precise protein cooking, plating).
  • Culinary Education: Preference for candidates with formal culinary school training (e.g., diploma or certificate from an accredited program), though not mandatory.
  • Food Knowledge: Deep understanding of ingredients, flavor profiles, and dietary adaptations (e.g., keto, low-carb, gluten-free).
  • Independence: Proven ability to work unsupervised, delivering consistent results with minimal guidance.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable cooking in diverse home kitchens, troubleshooting equipment limitations (e.g., no high-powered stove).
  • Professionalism: Exceptional cleanliness, time management, and client-facing skills to uphold our brand’s reputation.
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Tampa Bay’s culinary scene and ingredients (e.g., sourcing fresh Gulf seafood) is a plus.
  • Strict Requirements:
