A Low Country Seafood boil is a great culinary experience that everyone should enjoy at least once! There is no better way for a group of friends and family to experience fresh, delicious seafood than to have Chef Cristian prepare a traditional seafood boil using carefully selected ingredients like plump juicy shrimp, sea scallops, smokey sausage, delectable crab legs, and corn on the cob. The chef also provides his signature sauces and traditional accompaniments.
Setting up a seafood boil is a big production! So, let us do all the hard work while you enjoy your seafood feast with friends and family.
We provide a chef, an outdoor burner, a seafood boil pot, and propane gas. The boil will be served traditionally in large bowls or sheet pans family style with accompanying sauces and lemon wedges. We normally cook the seafood boil outdoors and serve it indoors. In the case where an outdoor seafood boil is not possible, we may cook the seafood boil indoors on your stove (this will be pre-planned and pre-arranged).
What a Seafood Boil Includes
• Crab: snow crab or Dungeness crab (depending on availability)
• Sea Scallops
• Corn, smoked sausage (beef or pork) and potatoes

• Remoulade sauce

• Tikka masala cocktail sauce

• Cajun pickled shrimp on ice w/ Cajun remoulade sauce
• Poached tiger shrimp on ice w/ pink sauce and lemon wedges

• Oven-baked crispy chicken wings (bbq, buffalo, yellow chili pepper, sweet and sour, spicy Korean, or plain)

We provide private chef lobster boil catering in Tampa, Clearwater and St. Peterburg, Florida.
We source fresh Maine or Canadian cold water lobsters and prepare them expertly by boiling them in a flavorful court bouillon to ensure that they are fragrant, juicy and tasty!
We serve them traditionally on butcher paper on your table or in pans with plently of drawn butter and the Chef’s signature sauces for dipping!
