How does the personal chef meal prep service work?
Signing up for the service:
Our service has very simple terms. Once you start the service, you agree to use it on a weekly basis. You can stop using the service at any time with a 2-week notice. You can try the service for the first week with no obligation to continue. This way you can experience how beneficial the service is before you agree to keep using it.
Choosing your meals:
We offer two different menus:
A Chef’s crafted menu that changes every month to provide you with lots of variety and delicious choices. This menu is composed of high quality, delicious home style meals that are made with real ingredients.
We also offer a menu designed with weight loss and optimal health in mind. This menu offers a large variety of low-carb, ketogenic, and paleo options.
You can choose from either menu. We will also take your dietary restrictions and allergies into consideration when planning your menus and can customize the menu with your personal requests.
Grocery Shopping and Meal Prep:
Our team of professional chefs will handle the grocery shopping and meal prep, using only the freshest ingredients. They will shop for fresh groceries before arriving to your home. All our meals are made with talent and care, and you’ll find them delicious, healthy, and convenient. We can get fresh groceries at regular supermarkets like Publix, or we can (at your request) get all-organic groceries at supermarkets like Whole Foods, Sprouts, or other specialty markets.
Cooking Fresh Meals:
Your meals will be cooked fresh in your kitchen. We package the meals in airtight containers, so they stay fresh for up to 5 days in the fridge. We also clearly label our containers so that you can easily find what you want to eat.
Enjoy Delicious Meals:
All you have to do is heat and enjoy your delicious, healthy, and convenient meals. Each meal will be conveniently packaged with clear written stickers which tell you what the meal is, and what goes with it, and the date.

How do I get started with your personal chef meal prep service?
Getting started is easy! Simply emails us and let us know what part of town you’re in, and we will arrange everything via email.s.
Is there a contract to use the service?
Our terms for the weekly meal service are very simple:
- You can try your first week with no obligation to continue.
- Once you decide to continue with the service, you agree to use it on a weekly basis.
- You can stop using the service at any time with a 2-week notice.
What areas of Tampa Bay do you service?
We service Tampa, (all of Pinellas county) Clearwater and St. Pete, Palm Harbor, Dunedin.
Please let us know where you live and we will let you know if we can service you. If you live outside of our regular service area, we may still be able to service you for a small extra fee.
Will we have the same chef every time?
Yes, once we asign you one of our chefs, that will be your chef. In case of an emergengy or illness, if for some reason your chef is unavailable, we may offer to send you another one of our chefs for that day. You can accept or decline this offer.
Do we have to be home?
This is up to you. More than half of our regular clients are not home when we service them. As long as the chef can access your kitchen, we can service you if you’re not home.
You can provide us with entry and lock-up instructions like garage door code, or front door keypad codes, etc.
What about pets?
We love animals! But it’s best for you to ensure that your pet is secured when the chef arrives if:
- There is any posibility that the pet can escape while the door is open.
- There is any posibility that your pet will bite, scratch, growl, or show any aggressiveness to our chefs.
- Some dogs love to hang out in the kitchen. But it is a safety hazard for the chef and for the dog.
With your permission, we’d love to toss your pooch some food scraps while we’re cooking!
Are you insured?
Yes! We cary business liability insurance and all of our employees are covered under this policy while in your home.
