The Paleo Punch!

Chef Cristian has worked directly with the author of Paleo for Dummies, Dr. Kellyann Petrucci. So, there probably is no other chef in Florida that is more familiar with the Paleo way of eating, than Chef Cristian.

We have seen most of our customers lose weight successfully when sticking to this way of eating. The Paleo diet is comprised of natural foods including fresh vegetables, meats, fish, eggs, and anything that is UN-processed. The premise of eating Paleo is that this is how Man ate 10,000 years ago, and therefore the body thrives on it. No refined carbs, no refined sugars, no preservatives. Just foods that your body actually wants and needs to sustain life and create energy.

Whole30 Paleo

Whole30 Paleo is a good place to start. It’s a more strict version of the Paleo Diet which cuts out carbohydrates and fruit sugars, giving you a weight loss boost and other health benefits as described in the book by Melissa Hartwig. After your 30 days of Whole30 you can follow the book, and add more fruits and healthy carbs back into your diet and continue to get your body back to its intended weight.
