What is it?
A Whole Foods diet is where you eat only REAL FOODS! The ingredients are whole, minimally processed foods in their natural state. The focus is on real, nutrient-dense foods that are as close to their original form as possible. This includes all kinds of meats, fish, poultry. As well as fresh vegetables and healthy carbohydrates that contain natural fiber like sweet potatoes and other root vegetables.
This diet has been known to provide health benefits, including improved digestion, weight management, and reduced risk of chronic diseases.

Yes, the Paleo Diet is a Whole Foods diet.
The Carnivore Diet
What is it?
This is a true ZERO CARB diet. On the Carnivore Diet you only eat animal products, while eliminating plant-based foods. The primary focus is on eating animal products such as meat, fish, eggs, and sometimes dairy. Plant foods, including fruits, vegetables, grains, and legumes, are strictly avoided.
Meat is mostly made of protein and fat. Because meat contains almost zero carbohydrates (Carbs), the Carnivore Diet is the lowest carbohydrate diet that exists.
People say that by excluding plant-based foods, the Carnivore Diet may reduce inflammation, improve digestive issues, and provide a simpler approach to nutrition.
