All of our game meats are sourced from legal sources approved by the FDA. We do our best to purchase from providers who practice humane processing methods, sustainable farming, and meat that does NOT contain growth hormones, antibiotics, or GM feeds.

This menu will be custom-priced according to your menu selections and number of guests. The chef will pair your main menu choice with appetizers and dessert.
